Architectural Review Committee
Purpose: Provides guidelines for the preservation of the architectural and aesthetic integrity of Peacock Gap.
All homeowners should be aware, but especially those who are new owners in Peacock Gap, that, before making any modifications or improvements to the exterior of your home or grounds, including exterior painting and roofs you are required (as per the Declaration of Conditions, Covenants & Restrictions) to submit your request to the architectural committee and Board of Directors for approval. Please reference your Peacock Gap Homeowner’s Association CC&R’s Section III - Committee Approval.
The HOA Board has established an Architectural Review Committee to assist homeowners in complying with the CC&R requirements. If you have any questions, please contact the committee.
