The Median Improvement project got underway at the 2006 annual HOA BBQ. Riviera Drive homeowners Sue and Hugh Campbell fed-up with the deteriorated state of the medians set up a committee table and invited fellow homeowners to join the committee.

The HOA Board has established an Architectural Review Committee to assist homeowners in complying with the CC&R requirements. It provides guidelines for the preservation of the architectural and aesthetic integrity of Peacock Gap.

Initiated in the 90', the annual BBQ for all neighbors got started. In our most recent BBQ events, we have attracted 300-400 homeowners and residents. We need volunteers for the organization of the event. Let's know if you are interested!
